GENERAL DESCRIPTIONPolystone ® P MG (Medical Grade) is a compression molded polypropylene sheet product that is manufactured by a heat-stabilization process. The resulting material is easily machined and is specifically designed for surgical trays and caddies to due its excellent dimensional stability, resistance to seteam autoclaving, and low moisture absorption.
In addition, Polystone P MG heat-stabilizied polypropylene can be laser marked and is USP Class VI and FDA compliant.
Polystone ® P MG is available in white and black colored sheets only, from .5" to 3" (12.7mm to 76.2mm) in thickness and in sheet sizes of 24" x 48" (610mm x 1220mm), 40" x 48" (1 meter x 1220mm) and 48" x 120" (1220mm x 3 meter). Contact us for size availability.
