KETRON ® HPV BEARING GRADE PEEK

This grade of PEEK, containing carbon, graphite and PTFE lubricants, offers the lowest coefficient of friction and the best machinability for all PEEK grades. Ketron ® HPV has an excellent combination of low friction, low wear, high limiting PV, low mating part wear, and easy machining.

Ketron ® PEEK HPV (compression-molded)
This bearing grade of Ketron PEEK, also containing carbon, graphite and PTFE lubricants, is produced in larger sizes by using the compression molding process. It's properties are similar to those of Ketron HPV (extruded), but is more wear resistant.

Both extruded and compression-molded grades of Ketron HPV are  black  or  dark grey  in color.
