GENERAL PROPERTIESCorzan ® 4910 CPVC is a new material developed for use in the construction of wet benches and other cleanroom equipment for the semiconductor industry. It is UL94 V-0 rated and meets the FM Global (formerly Factory Mutual) Standard (FM4910) for flame spread, smoke development, and corrosion resistance.
The advantages of Corzan ® 4910 CPVC are its excellent balance of properties related to strength, weldability and chemical resistance, as well as outstanding performance in flame and smoke. Corzan is easy to fabricate and use. It has excellent mechanical strength and provides resistance to most semiconductor processing chemistries, including both strong and weak acids and bases, salts, and aliphatic hydrocarbons.
Corzan ® 4910 is available in sheet form only from .250" to .750" thicknesses in 48" x 96" sheet sizes, and thicknesses of 1" and above in 48" square sheet sizes. It is NATURAL (ivory-white) in color.
